Rupert’s Here !!!

Well “Rupert” the Range Rover Sport has arrived at my dealers. I called over to their compound & had a look at him on Friday & he’s lookin’ good !!!

So they’ll be doing the PDI etc. on him this week & I’ll be collecting him this Friday morning. I can hardly wait, but as I have always collected my cars on a Friday, I guess I’ll just have to sit tight eh ??

I must however admit to feeling a little sad & somewhat guilty about trading my Disco 3 for the RRS. I’ve only had the D3 for a little over a year & it’s never given me an ounce of trouble, much like all the other Discoverys that have passed my way over the years. But I just couldn’t resist the Sport really.

That’s all guys, just wanted to share the news………….

RUPERT HAS ARRIVED !! Very Happy Cool Very Happy Cool

It was ok when it left the factory Angel. So it must be your fault. Ner Ner I haven't touched it for ten weeks, so I am completely innocent Wink

Serious moment . . . Are you sure that you haven't disabled the automatic interior lighting system during cleaning or something?

This can be easily checked out by simply pressing and holding the centre button on the headlining consul. After a few seconds you should get a message on the drivers binnacle message display stating either:-
Interior Lights Off or Automatic Mode.

If you get the Interior Lights Off message, simple press and hold the button again until you get the second message. If you are getting the Automatic Mode message but the interior lights are still not working there is a problem which will need to be investigated by your dealer.

Sorry I can't be more help. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.
