Brembo Brakes and 19inch wheels

I was considering whether my 19inch winter wheels that I used on my TDV6 would fit my 09MY TDV8; it's currently running on 20inch rims.

The Brembo calipers have two rectangular weights ( about 50mm x 25mm x 25mmeach attached by an Allen bolt to the back of the caliper at the top and bottom) that are presumably harmonic damper weights. With the 19inch wheels fitted - these weight reduce the clearance to about 5-7mm which seems a bit close so I was thinking I'd remove them.

Anbody seen these 'weights' and know whether removal would be a good or bad idea?

As C10KO said, you should not need to remove the weight, wheels will fit ok.

If you feel they are too close for comfort, just turn them around 180°. I did that to fit the 18" with no adverse effect. '08 RRS TDV8
