Wheel Centre Cap - Change

I have a 2009 RRS HST with 20" Stormer wheels, i am looking to change the centre caps to the new ones. What tool should be used and where can you buy them from not to scratch the alloy wheels when removing the old ones.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Take the wheel off and push it out from the inside using something like a socket extension bar. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Not 100% sure yet, You know what like, after replacing I remember for a wee while to check every time i go to my car but you soon forget and then boom another one vanishes! but, you then question if you just hadn't noticed and it's actually been gone a few days Confused I suspect it's either from my drive or in Aboyne (where I have my office). I suppose it is possible they are popping off on the road but, I don't think so, as I have treid getting them off and they are well clicked in place so, I suspect someone is nicking mine to replace their lost ones or change their green ones to black! 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black
