Side lights on when braking??

I have just noticed my front side lights come on when braking is this normal?

You have the Supercharged therefore you have the adaptive headlights there is an extra bulb that lights up at low speeds when cornering, could that be what you are seeing ? Thumbs Up 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

Faulty brake light bulb Thumbs Up

The elements break, and short together. When the brakes are pressed, the sidelights are backfed with 12v, bringing them on. Very common issue with RRS/D3 Thumbs Up

A pair of bulbs should sort it out Thumbs Up

Thanks guys. Yes I have recently changed both brake bulbs. Will get another set of bulbs.
