Ice install ready to go in :-). 55 rrs Hse

Hi, just a thought. I've purchased all my ice equipment. Would it be worth while taking pics and document the install as I go along?

Equipment is:

Alpine m680 & m680 em head rest monitors ( fitted )
Alpine M680 controller
Alpine infrared headphones
Nav TV ( all equipment to play through touch screen too)
Alpine TUE 150dvb TV tuner (controlled by nav tv)
Alpine DVE 5207 DVD player
iPod Integration with on screen display and video
PS3 or Xbox 360 Install.

Spoke to navtv today, who have told me they are looki g into enabling reversing camera with autos switch Smile
What you think?

I am intrigued by you putting the ps3 in as this is something I would really like to do. I would ideally like to put it in as a replacement for the dvd changer as I think its a little poor. if you have any info on how your going to do this please let me know

PS3 should be simple... Inverter driven via 30A relay from battery.. Prob wont do the Blue Ray drive any good but thats what a hard drive is for i Suppose...

Guess we will just have to wait and see. XBOX would be easier to install tho

My car doesnt have factory fitted DVD buddy so i will be fitting the alpine stuff... XBOX will be easier as it doesnt require much power, where as the PS3 is a hungry MOFO so will need more juice, ie inverter. XBOX can be converted pretty easily from what i have read to run off 12vn Very Happy
