United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red
Melting headlamp !

Just noticed that the bulb on the headlight in the inside lower lamp (not the adaptive / bi-xenon outer bulb) is unseated and has been lying against the silver reflector. It obviously runs very hot as the bulb has melted a track about 2 cms long into the reflector and looks as if it has almost reached combustion temperature from the blackening edge. As these headlight units cost circa £400 each I trust LR wont quibble a warranty claim? Probably worth a quick look to ensure your bulbs are sitting where they should. RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

I don't see how they could quibble with a warranty claim.

Quite clearly either poorly fitted in the first place or a faulty fitting. Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad
