Tool kit quetion

Exactly what items should there be in the boot toolkit? Apart from my removeable tow bar that is?

If You read at page 247 in Your Owners Handbook,
all will be revieled, and with a picture.

The Owners Handbook is situated in the lower
"glove box" in a grey or black little briefcase.

You will be amazed, there are soo much to read about Your Car..

Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

MM, some do that..
When I bought my car, i went and made a substantial downpayment,
that was just a few days before Christmas, took the Owners Manual
with me and read it for a few days, so when I went to collect the car
a week later I had almost read the whole book..
(and forgotten about half of it..)

I have a copy of it at home, as well as the one in the car..

The copy is from Topix..

Yes but you can fit a lot more genuine stuff in there like:
Tow Ball
Spare Bulbs
First Aid Kit
Tow Rope
Warning Triangle
there is more....

thats why there is the extra space. Mike

The original jack and wheel brace are frankly rubbish. You will break the wheel brace very easily if your wheel nuts are on tight. I wouldn't rely on them. Have broken two without trying very hard. Replaced with proper tools now and 6 ton hydraulic bottle jack. Next items to go into this space will be dual battery set up (odesseys ) with Traxide dual battery controller. SWMBO owns this car I get to drive occasionally Smile
