not really the skin of a Rhino, but if any of you had your tyre valve caps stolen you would be crying your eyes out on here about it.

the poor girl called me crying and she is a family acquaintance so i said id put a note up on the forum as all of you look out for RRs and keep an eye on ebay etc.

but i should of known, you would just laugh at someone elses misfortune!

feel ashamed of yourself ppl! pathetic RR Sport supercharged 06

I'm still trying to work out why she called you in tears Confused Do you have a magic wand or something Question I agree its not good when these tea-leafs go round stealing things you have worked so hard to pay for Mr. Green but did the wheels have locking nuts on?

Unfortunately, thieving scrotes will steal anything from anywhere, even (if not more likely) 'nice areas' Whistle .
No consolation to her, but I'm sure locking wheel nuts could have helped in this situation. Did they take the spare wheel too, has she checked Question ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

hyde park square, they didnt have wheel locking nuts as when i had it the car was in a private garage and the locking nuts looked ugly!

insurance knew of her upgrades... obviously gona be an ass to get them to pay out!

again chris not a constructive comment at someones loss! im sure she would think the same about some things you have! RR Sport supercharged 06

Fair enough, But why spend a lot of money on a car and not protect its prime assets Question Theifs don't go to poor areas to steal, they usually come from poor areas to steal in nice areas, then they usually move to a nice area to live with all their dosh Mr. Green

Hyde Park Square?.............nice area of London???????? Christ on a stick, I'm sure that no crimes are ever committed in the area! Shocked

If there were no locking wheel nuts fitted then the insurance will probably not pay out. Anyway if she can afford a pad in the area you say then she will be able to buy a new set of wheels with the cash loafing around in her pockets.

Sad for the girl, but if you live in Central London, or any major city, then you take basic security precautions despite the fact it may look a little ugly.
