Dumb question

Ok, so I'm bored, so I may as well post a dumb question that you'll probably all know.
From the exterior, how do you tell the difference between a tdv6 and a 4.4? 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE

TDV6 sounds like a diseasel, 4.4 sounds like a V8 Wink

Suppose if you look inside, the fuel gauge for the TDV6 will have DIESEL on it? Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

If you have got very, very good eyesight the brake discs are slightly bigger on the petrol I think.

The 4.4 has the radar sensor for the ACC in the front grille, but ACC is not available on the TDV6.
You'd need sharp eyes to spot it from the side or back, though Wink RRS 4.2 S/C. Zermatt. Tints. Stormers. 150+ paint defects, wonkey bonnet, scratches, detached doorseal. suspension faults. To sum it up, a 60k pile of cr4p!

4.4's are rare as rocking horse poo on UK roads, apart from the buy price, why would you want the same mpg as the Supercharged and not the performance and toys to go with it...a silly decision! L319 D4 HSE

The best way to tell a 4.4 and a Tdv6 apart is to look at the face of the driver. The 4.4 driver will looked stressed out worrying about depreciation.

My dealer has an unregistered RRS 4.4 in the showroom and tells me it was a late cancelled customer order. They are already showing it as £6k off list in an attempt to shift it. They know a bad thing when they see one...... RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini
