Rear ride height issue

Bit of an odd one, the car seems to keep putting the rear of the car in 'extended' mode when it should be in normal. The front is the corrent normal height, so the whole car tips forward.

Doesn't seem to do it all the time, but a message on the info display mentioned something about it trying to clear an obstacle.

Not sure how it recognises obstacles but seems odd. Does parking it on a gravel drive have any effect on this?

If you try to drop it to Access height it will try to go back up because of the rear end, so then you have to 'lock' it in Access height, which is a ballache too.

Can I reset the suspension ride heights or is this a diagnostics job?

Oh good! I think the compressor is fine, it doesn't run too long and the suspension rises and lowers quickly. Hopefully just requires a ride height reset?![/list] - Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE G4 Challenge vehicle (FOR SALE)

if you have the 4x4 info screen, you should be able to see which wheel it is that thinks it's at a different height. Almost always that ride height sensor failing or someone has recalibrated it completely wrongly. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible
