If the bugling tyre is brand new and there is no obvious external sign of damage to cause the bulge e.g. kerb impact etc., it might be worth contacting the tyre manufacturer about it. It might be a manufacturing flaw and you might be able to get a new tyre out of them. You will need to keep the tyre that is removed, of course, so don't forget to ask for it back from the tyre fitters. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

As RRSTDV* says, worth making a line of inquiry with the manufacturer, to see if it was a 'defect' from production. Nothing to lose to be honest Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Jonny, as said above it sounds like a faulty tyre, if you can take it back to where you purchased it from and i'm sure they will deal with toyo for you, just out of intrest are the new tyres the same load rating as your previous tyres Question

worth contacting them, I have had a brand new Michelin tyre blow out on me for now apparent reason, I had droved all the way to France to snowboard and it blew at motorway speeds on the way back, the tyre dealer, sent it (what was left of it) off to be inspected as i had checked the tyre pressures before setting off home as i knew it was going to be a very fast drive home

I got 50% discount on the replacement tyre, and i had done 2000 mile

According to Ady's link 106 is actually 950kgs not 1060

but either way 106 minimum

I had 114 on my D3 and they were awesome and you never had to worry about tyre wall strength! RRS gone
