An AUX socket and a good quality connecting cable. Won't charge your iPod though.

Search the forum for many discussions about full aftermarket kits/cradles. Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

Sit in the back of the car.

Where rear heating vents are, lift the black plastic flap up and there is AUX socket there. Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

OR..........

An itrip plugs into the top of your ipod, and converts the output to an FM signal that can be picked up by the radio.
Completely wireless, but looses a bit of quality (and volume).
