Low Coolant Level Alarm

Just had mine serviced and on the way home from the dealer I got the bongs and "Low Coolant Level" warning. I returned to the dealer and the Service manager and I could not find an obvious leak. Work also carried out at the service included fitting the FBH which is loacted right beside the coolant header tank. The coolant level (with a warm engine) seemed to be OK.
Has anybody else had this warning - I wonder if it is something in the software upgrades calling wolf.....................

Later edit: Now the engine is fully cooled off I can see that the coolant level is below the minimum mark so either they forgot to top it up after draining the system to remove the header tank to fit the FBH or I have a leak................ I suspect the former! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Search for "low coolant" -- bad sensors have known to cause issue on both RRS and LR3.

My coolant reservoir (with built-in sensor) was just replaced due to the same message, which first appeared several weeks ago. Since it was obvious there was no leak and the problem was with the sensor, I had this done with my recent scheduled service.

All fixed after a trip to the dealer, so far no sign of any leakages and no more alarms! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

They filled the reservoir up to the minimum level and gave me the remainder of the bottle of antifreeze already 50% diluted. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I also had the Aircon fiddled with as the distribution seemed to be all the cold air to the drivers footwell and none to anywhere else! The problem with the FBH is testing that it is working OK!

And I'll have you know last week we have 5 days with temperatures in the mid 20's! It's been a bit different though this week, it has struggled to get above 18. It has rained nearly everyday and we don't need the water. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
