22" tyre pressures ?

Morning, just bought a RRS 3.6v8, so im playing with the big boys now, we take sides on here, right Laughing
Anyway, its fitted with 22" Overfinch supersport copys, running on 285/35 tyres, what should the pressures be ?
I checked it yesterday, and the fronts had 41, 43 psi, and the rears had 39 and 41 psi.
cheers Very Happy

It's always been a bit of a mis-conception that tyre pressure have tyo change with wheel size.

It is not the case, use standard pressures no matter what wheel/tyre combination (unless it's for a specific task).

Andy

Cheers Andy, i did suspect that was the case, so we have 33 front and 36 back, the car drives better over bumps now, just double checking as ive never had wheels this big, and tyres so small ( sidewall ) Bow down

No problem.

I run 36 front, 40 rear, but thats my personal preference for the wheel/tyre combo I currently have.

Cheers,

Andy
