2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Alaska White

Rear of car is slightly leaning on o/s/r

Hi just bought a RRS 2.7 tdv6 about 6 weeks ago and have noticed that the rear of it is slightly leaning to one side, it is only slight but noticeable now I'm aware of it! It is to the rear o/s/r ?

Is this common?
Why only when parked?
I still have a couple of months warranty with the garage would this be covered?

Any help would be appreciated.
