Next Mini Meet

Howdy to all my fellow mentally affected aficionados,

As promised at our last gathering in the Yarra, I am happy to reciprocate and organise a gathering for everyone in the Hunter later in the year.

As it is now... ''later in the year'', I thought i'd best get on with it.

Since rimini and co were such an integral part of the last part I thought it would be downright rude to try and organise this while he off traipsing around mongolia so it looks like November will be the best option.

If we aim for mid November, it should be good weather as well as being far enough away from the dreaded silly season to make it work for most people.

I think that the format for the last tour was spot on and will aim for a day of misbehavior amongst the Watagan Forest mountain trails followed by a day of misbehaving amongst the vines!

Initial planning dates are the 11th/12th/13th of November.

Drop me a line to indicate your initial interest/avails and we'll take it from there.

Cheers

J, i think we can make the arduous journey up the F3 Laughing Thumbs Up So put the pair of us down for it.. Might be worth actually PM'ing a few, such as Ivery, Working Dog, Hydronic etc as they may not always browse the site.. Might even entice the newbie from Wales Whistle Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

I've set up an open group for those RRS owners who take their vehicles off-road.

I'll make all of the previous attendees administrators so that we can manage this as a group effort. 'Black Betty' Java Black RRS 07 TDV6

As per the previous event, the dates are proposed dates only at this stage.

If there is a major clash with another event we can move it but will need to fix it by end of next week to organise accomms/tours etc.

Will also check the concerts schedule in the Valley as that generally books up the entire accomms for the weekend. 'Black Betty' Java Black RRS 07 TDV6

No need to change the date just for me. The only weekend that I am definitely free in November is 5th/6th.

12/13th is camping with Ultimate Campers.
19/20th is wedding anniversary
26/27th is camping with RRC NSW.

Maybe I need to reconsider the Ultimate Campers weekend and come along to the Hunter instead? 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey with Alpaca premium leather, Adaptive cruise, Adaptive Bi-xenons, sunroof, Premium Nav, Premium ICE Logic 7, telephone, active locking rear diff, console coolbox, seat memory, powerfold mirrors, tow pack, window tint, dual battery, engel fridge, Goodyear Mud-Terrain tyres.

Another problem: Cold Chisel are playing on the 12th November and the valley is already heavily booked.

How is everyone for the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th November? 'Black Betty' Java Black RRS 07 TDV6
