Courtesy Cars - Good and Bad!

Just took my RRS in to Harwoods (Basingstoke) to have the drivers door lock fitted. I was promised a Freelander minimum.

Now I knew their sales department left a little to be desired but thought I would give their service team the benefit.

Here is my Censored courtesy car , can anybody do better? It's laughable! Rolling with laughter

Sorry I beat you hands down with the loan cars from Guava - Rover 25's with 50k on the clock. This however is a good thing because their prices are so much cheaper than other service centres and they are a superb service centre. If you want a good loan car expect to pay more for the work. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

It certainly does! The most confusing thing is the indicator and wiper stalks are reversed from every other car in the world. I spent an entire journey putting the window wipers on when approaching roundabouts Shocked

I also has some little levers that you have to turn around when you want to lower a window. Rolling with laughter

You got to laugh, but I suppose it goes to show that we sometimes are complacent to how lucky we are being able to have such luxury items.

Mine is in guy Salmons having the list of snags sorted out. They have left me with the best loan car I have ever had, I got a brand new land rover defender. Not driven one for years and it's great fun. More than happy to spin round in that until my sport comes home. 2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography
