wieghts on chassis ?

Whilst looking under the car at the spare wheel i notice two large weights hanging from the chassis. Any one know what these are??. I rekon with out them i would get better consumption and perfomance Laughing , christ they look heavy. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Don't touch them - they are harmonic damper weights IIRC part of the suspension system.
If you search in the system you might even find the post from the guy who did remove them and very quickly put them back on

I've just painted the ones on my car ... before they looked like two rusty bits of scrap. Look much better now,
