Yes I was very impressed with the attention to detail and work rate,he worked almost non stop for 2 days from 8am until after 7pm both days.
I've been left with a care plan and a report will be e-mailed on the condition of the paint before he started and any defects highlighted.
He's taken about 120 photos and I've given him permission to post them on DW so keep your eyes peeled. MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

Excellent, thats dedication for you, i will keep an eye out for the pics, hope you get some answers from your dealer asap i hope the dealer is paying for this

They weren't until I found out that it MAY have been re-painted at some stage,in the hands of the leasing company now to resolve once I've got the paint report over to them.
I've shelled out at the moment but will be discussing this soon.

Thats why I documented the first wash I did after I had showed the car to the salesman 3 days into ownership.
Am I being too picky expecting a better level of prep on a new car from the dealer or is this normal now???

A detailer won't be able to fill chips using polishing etc as there's nothing to polish! I asked the same question of the chap I use (Paul from Shine On detailing.. Could anyone else with a recently made Sport have a look at their window seals and see if you have a gap in between the bevelled and square seals in between the glass and the door frame to see if you have a gap between the 2 faces please?

This is what I think it should be like with the 2 faces pinching a Post It and therefore forming a watertight sealing face.

The second picture is defo wrong. My seals are tight. As in picture one. 

Thanks Foxy,had all mine replaced today and 3 of the doors aren't any better than the ones they removed.
