I asked the local dealer a couple of weeks ago after seeing all the kit on the LR website and the advice that it was all available from your friendly dealer.... who of course knew not a jot about the G4 stuff and brought me out the "normal" acessories brochure which he knows I already have! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

What I did was phone LR accessories got the part numbers and at the same time ask LR to call the dealer PM me if you need the number

Also I now have an excellent Service manager called Barry who understands what a Land Rover is and the foibles of some of their owners

PS still trying to work out how to post a URL

Just finished a 'foc' off road course with Mercedes resulting from my better half insisting that she really wanted a ML....the event was rubbish, but one thing that was interesting, they can only fit winches on the rear of the cars as the front is basically plastic and has nothing to attach any significant to. We didn't need the winch, but not because the cars were any good. Basically, it was dry and you could have driven a 60's Ford Anglia round the track and not got stuck.

Now where did I put my RRS keys.....I need to get back to reality.

I don't think I've ever seen an ML with any signs of offroadablity, do ML owners ever take their cars offroad? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

the tyres give it away

The old ML was surprisingly good off road we attached the winch to the front but it had to be detachable. Lift was achieved by fitting BFG AT 265/70/17 s which gave enough lift for the forest tracks.

The new ML was the reason why I changed to Land Rover as Mercedes wanted 5k for an “Off Road” kit which just confirmed that the new one was purely aimed at the X5 crowd my local dealer commented on numerous occasions that my ML was one of the few used for purpose and was not surprised when I made the switch
