Phone site sponser AJS tyres, they can deliver and will no whats what. A quick phone call to your insurance company before fitting will see if they have any problems ( translates to extra premiums)

If you fit sizes recommended in handbook on land rover wheels you should not pay additional premiums - the quote below from the AA relates to winter tyres but should apply to off road tyres too Thumbs Up

Insurance implications - winter tyres

If you fit winter or all-season tyres in place of your standard 'summer' tyres then there should be no need to inform your insurer – even though the speed index might be lower than the standard tyre specified by the car maker.

The lower speed index is still likely to exceed all national speed limits by a considerable margin – with the exception of some German autobahns – and is not checked as part of the passenger car MOT test.

If you follow the standard European practice of keeping two sets of wheels, one fitted with winter tyres and one with summer tyres, then there should be no need to tell your insurer so long as the winter tyres are fitted to steel or alloy wheels of the correct specification.

'Correct specification' in this context means that the wheel size – diameter, width and offset – conforms to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Check the vehicle handbook for details of wheel/tyre size combinations suitable for your car model and refer to the car manufacturer or dealer for further advice.

Lower speed ratings may invalidate your warranty though according to other members experiences Sad Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Galway Green

I did contact my insurance company to tell them I was fitting different wheels and off road tyres. They informed me as long as they were Range Rover original wheels they didn't need to know, but I made sure they made a note of it. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award
