It is back tomorrow apparently, there was a recall on one of the electrical cables that was not completed on mine. Since the change they have been unable to reproduce the problem or fault codes in the system, so they assume it could have been caused by power fluctuations, however no guarantee Rolling Eyes Laughing As a gesture of goodwill apparently they are going to forgo their usual method of returning it via some laborious logistics process which can take 3 days Shocked and arrange immediate delivery due to it only being 2 weeks old ... thanks a lot LR Laughing Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

It has not been Sorted

http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic20111-15.html

Problem has been getting steadily worse, the lights came on in time for the xmas festivities, LR have had the vehicle for over a week and we have been told not to expect it back before this friday.

We are suppose to be moving back to Sydney in the next week or so, however this is putting a complete kybosh on that..

Note has been sent to John Cooke to see what LR are going to do about the whole situation, but it looks like i may be turning up to the 18th Feb meeting in the loaner Ford Falcon Evil or Very Mad Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

there is always a duff one in the batch somewhere, looks like i got it, many people on here with troubled free motoring on theirs.. I am not automatically pushing for a return, but possibly a replacement if it does not get sorted this time around Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

it was returned Saturday, 2 days later and no recurrence of the previous problem... yet Whistle

One badly scuffed rear alloy found on its return, evidence has been sent to the dealers and LR Customer Care, it looks like something cylindrical in shape has been pressed across the alloy top to bottom and broader damage to the main area, could be a tie down, waiting to hear now from LR and the dealer..

Fingers crossed i turn up on the 18th in my Sport Thumbs Up Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

Does your new RRS have dynamic response? Is it now standard on the TDV6 in Australia?

Cheers BKHK

BK i do not think so, or put it this way it was not mentioned in the brief. It has the standard ETC, DSC, Roll Stability Control according to http://www.landrover.com/au/en/rr/range-rover-sport/explore/tdv6/ Dynamic response is also only optional on the LUX version Shocked From what i hear its more a pain (knocking), and i am more than happy with the standard ride features (when they work) Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

Yep the knocking is why I was asking, I think it would put me off buying again if the knocking was standard

Are you guys trying worry me Sad Having paid over 5K extra for the Dynamic Pack, it better not have the built in knocking feature. At least so far, I haven't heard any knocking, and I have been listening for it. Some friends who have looked under the car are very bemused by the four big chunks of seemingly static cast iron that are attached to the chassis. Are these the "mass dampers" or are they just there to increase the fuel consumption Question Now :3.0 TDV6, Stornoway grey, Premium Almond leather,Dynamic Pack , Paddle shifters, Rear Electronic Diff, Surround Camera System, Park Distance Control - Front, Tow Pack, 19 x 9" 5 V-Spoke wheels, Memory Pack, Cold Climate Pack, Carpet Mat Set, Roof rails, general Grabber ATs,

Ordered, due May 17 SDV6 Dynamic Loire Blue, Ivory, Drive Pro pack, Sliding roof, Heated seats and steering wheel, Surround cameras, Tow pack with Advanced Tow Assist, Meridian 825w sound,
