2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

You won't be allowed to take a camera passed the LRE reception (you often see secret cars being driven inside the factory grounds and LR don't want you to be spying for Lexus or Datsun). Inside the factory you have to wear special anti-scratch covers on watches and jewellery. It is a fantastic day out and even if you have to pay to do it yourself still worth the experience of seeing the care that goes into building a car. To be getting such special treatment yourvdealer must be expecting a large order from you Roland, FFRR Autobigraphy next? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Tim,

Thanks for the info about not being able to take pictures inside the plant (easy to understand why). After your comments I find it even more exciting to see how our cars are built. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I don't think my dealer (she's a mature lady!) does expect me to buy a new car for a while though, the trip is a thank you for past purchases, which were in 03 a Disco TD5, in 06 a RRS TDV6, then in 09 a TDV6 3.0 and finally a couple of months ago a 2010 TDV8. SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE BUG AND SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE WINDSHIELD

Switzerland 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

Hi Roland, I did that 3 years ago, with my dealer in Lugano, but departure from Milan, in Birmingham we met up with the group coming from Zurich.
We had a great day, very interesting to see the production line and a lot of fun on the off-road bit.

Enjoy Thumbs Up '08 RRS TDV8
I converted my diesel RRS to run on an environmentally friendly mixture of caribou fat and baby seals oil

I did the tour over at Liverpool a liitle while ago, it was a great day out see how things are made

You could keep your cameras on you or mobile phones with cameras but you obviously are not allowed to take them out of your pockets and use them etc

But to be flown over and a tour is beyond belief, sounds a great day you lucky so and so Bow down
