2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Izmir Blue

Door mirror frame - Help!

Afternoon all... can anyone tell me how I can safely remove the wing mirror frame holding the mirror and attach the replacement.

The broken glass has been removed just leaving the frame in place. I have removed the glass heater cables but am struggling to get the frame out.

Iv'e been rooting around the site but so far to no avail.
