Lowering module

Does anyone know where I can purchase a Lowering module without breaking the bank or is anyone selling one?

Most of the after market modifiers and e-Bay can sell you one - there's one for sale on e-bay at the moment for £150. It will invalidate your warranty if it's a new car.................................... I Googled "Suspension lowering module" and got several thousand results including a load of e-bay ads. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

My rrs is out of warranty now, I've seen the after market mods for £150 but they remap your ecu but the vehichle doesn't stay low all the time even thoguh it meantions the car can be lowered as much as 60mm.

If an original module is used the vehichle remains lower but there really expensive.

Have you got the link for the one you have seen on ebay?

If you want one that will not only lower your car permanently for high speeds, but also extend the offroad height for offroading then there is a German specialist who sells kits through a UK agent - I'll PM you 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I would want one where the vehichle reamins low at all times and have the option of adjusting the air suspension should I need to go off road.

Cheers!

beware,

I have been in a RRS with a lowering module and the ride was awful, a bit like when you drive in access mode,

I actually think the ecu change is better as it sets hights at different settings so you can go mid way between low but still comfortable

A friend of mine has the lowering module on his the ride isn't too bad, then again the rides just as bad with our 22's on the car.

With the ecu change I dont know how it exactly works or how the suspension works.

I would want the car to remain low all the time and if need be the air suspension to work if to go off road

be carefull when lowering your car m8 it alters the camber on the wheels ie the wheels slightly bend in which results in tyre wear on the inside walls my mate had his done 8 months ago just checked his tyres all 4 are worn on the inside wall Big Cry

Dont know why your friends car has caused that to the tyres my mates tyres are perfectly fine and its been 2 years since he has had the lowering module put in.

nothing to do with the tyres pirreli are probably the most expensive ones you can buy depends on how much you lower it the more you lower it the more the wheels will camber you only have to look at it in access mode and you will see Laughing
