2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black
12v socket on rear of centre console help please

can anybody help in the easyest way to get to the wire that goes to the 12v socket of the rear of the centre consul, so i can hard wire dvd power too,or if there is another 12v power feed near by cheers .

I think you have to remove the centre console lid and then the storage box underneath.

12v socket will not be live all the time though, will need key in ignition, or there is a way to make it pernament live, should be a sticky on it somewhere.

Mine has been wired up to different location but do not know where (not much help is it!) which is a live feed, which does not need key in ignition or keep the systems awake so avoiding serious battery drain. One movie with key in or systems awake in stationary mode will see you needing a jump start
