How to remove the plastic frame of the NAV LCD?

Hey guys.
I recently installed a car pc into my RRS, however i do not have touch screen yet so i ordered a conversion kit to be installed over the LCD.It has usb out that connects to the pc.

Everything is perfect but i need a quick guide on how to remove the plastic frame of the LCD so that i can install the kit. Any guide?
