Don't know of rails connected to the Dynamic Response system... Confused
Fluid is moved through the Dynamic Response system via pipes and hoses and the only known problem was some leak at the stabilizer bar. But rails...?? Surprised Malaysia Boleh!

Yes, if they want your money shouldn't they be answering your questions?
Tell them you want to know exactly what's wrong, in proper english - not some mechanic slang! Laughing Malaysia Boleh!

Ok I have found out that it's at the front
active cornering enhancement as one of u suggested
that's all I know now . I have looked under and can see no sign of leaks on the whole of the underside of car
so unless u have to remove some under panels to see the ace thingy ????

Or are they trying it on ??

Also regarding key fob they say they had to programme the other two aswell they
took the code but the new didn't that's why the charge !!!

???

Mine 07 TDV6 HSe is in tommorow for the ace bar to be inspected by the warranty inspection guy.

As mine has seal issues and has lost all its fluid, so making a right noise of clattering around.

So by tommorrow i might have it fixed....fingers crossed..

worzel ,

i have now found out what it is

it is located under the front cover plate near main engine its like a anti roll bar there is one front and back of the car .

but the ace system on rr has fluid and a sealed unit to combat vehicle body roll
on corners

been told by independant garage that deals in rr alot that the ace rail always has leaking problems some bad but most of time just moist bit of fluid around hose .

my ace rail is apparently is just moist ,

they told me LR know about this and they sometime leak straight out of factory

told not to worry about it but im not to sure as warrenty up in a month ?

what do you think??????????

If you confirm that the above drawing is what the dealer is referring to, then I believe you should refer them to an SSM issued by LR late last year. It refers to "Stabilizer Bar Fluid Weep" on Dynamic Response vehicles. I mentioned this in my first post above.

The dealer has to correctly diagnose the leak path on the stabilizer bar to confirm if the leak is from the pipe o-rings, the stabilizer bar hydraulic seal or somewhere else. The pipe o-rings are serviceable parts and can be easily replaced. If its from the the hydraulic seal, then a new stabilizer bar will be needed.

I would suggest you get it fixed fast! Smile Malaysia Boleh!

Mines making a hell of a noise and you can feel it feeding bacj through the steering wheel, and i think it effects the handling slightly.

Like i said Mine is in GUY Salmon right now as we speak, so i will let you know the outcome....
