2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HST Arctic Frost

Help! How to remove the ACC cover?

Following the excellent advice to de-activate the ACC part of the cruise control by turning the sensor down 45', does anyone know how to get the cover off the sensor without removing the bumper? Or any sneaky way of bending it down?
