2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver

Ticking noise

My 55 RRS has a ticking sound that I can here now its warm enough to put my window down
when in neutral it sounds fine but when i'm driving along I acn here it and when i take my foot off the accelerator I can here a sucking sound as if its taking a breath.
any thoughts.
