The format of the day will be:

AM Group

8:45 - AM group meet at the Experience Centre
9:00 - Off Road Session Begins
12:00 - Finish for lunch (meeting with PM group)
13:00 - Depart

PM Group

12:00 - PM group meet at the Experience Centre
12:05 - lunch (meeting with AM group)
13:00 - Off Road Session Begins
16:00 - Depart

Once I have recieved everyone's PM's then I will be able to advise as to which group you are in. Exact address and a map will follow in due course, and I will post details of who is in which group so that you can arrange to meet up en-route!

Hi James, sorry I have not emailed you yet - can i swap to the AM one please, as I have to be at the airport by 6pm that day for my flight - so just in case, I think the AM would suit me better. Providing this is ok with someone from the AM meet - if not, I shall have to take my name off the list.

Thank-you to JC1 who has offered to swap PM/AM to enable Wokkaman to attend. Wokkaman did afterall organise the most memorable forum meet whilst I have been involved with the forum, therfore it's nice that he is able to come along.
