Bloody hell mate, sorry to hear that. I have my MY10 coming in in a month or so...

If they won't be able to fix your car in the nearest future, is there any way you can claim your money back? I read some people in US use the "lemon" law car to do that. Not sure if it works the same way in UK though. Vadim A.
