United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Befor buying mine, I had the opportunity to try both a 2.7D and a 4.4 for a few days.
Over the period, i got 23 from the diesel and 18 from the petrol.
Had it not being for the lies told to me by my supplying dealer I would have the 4.4HSE, but at the end of the day having sold my old car, (a petrol RR), I was left with no car or take a S/C.
I now get average 16.5mpg, can get over 19 on a good day driving carefully, but only one quick acceleration puts it back to 16.5 again.
Worst I have had is 11 this last week in the snow.
Remember we dont have many traffic queues in the lakes in winter!

15.5 average around town/mixed driving (after 4000mls +)

Don't worry, just buy it... Life is too short and if you can afford a S/C then you can afford the petrol..

iCE.

You are probably right
