JUDDERING UNDER LOAD

Please help, my rrs judders like mad when pulling away from roundabouts etc.. or in other words when your already moving and powering on. i think it would be third gear that it affects and makes a 40k motor feel like a bag of hammers HELP!!! Big Cry
