I (obviously) prefer Melbourne to Sydney.. It also beats Sydney in that 'livable' city list that comes out now and again, and has even come in at number 1 in the list previously.

2nd agree Melbourne has a nicer lifestyle than Sydney, more restaurants etc, Sydney is a bit more brash, so angel would i assume get away more easily with the white jeans (Paddington, Oxford Street) Angel i have been to the whitsundays about 10 times i reckon, twice when i lived in the UK, as VA says its a lovely place, but i reckon business opportunities are very limited, hence why I am living and working for a large amercian corporate in Sydney. The Whitsundays has major developments going on (marina's, new resorts etc) so business opportunities may pick up, depends what floats your boat in terms of money making When the house is built, mates rates and donations to RRSPORT when its available to hire in 2010.. not advertising honest Martin Another Pommie Bar Steward down under MY20 Defender 110 SE P400 Eiger/Ebony MY10 3.0 RRS TDv6 Fuji/Ebony/Anigre |

Thats the beauty of Sydney's Northern beaches, you only really need the one house, you are within 20 minute to an hours commute into the CBD .. Another Pommie Bar Steward down under MY20 Defender 110 SE P400 Eiger/Ebony MY10 3.0 RRS TDv6 Fuji/Ebony/Anigre |

Schmoogs, i have only seen one nasty spider, that was non lethal in the whole time i have been here in over 4 years, must admit the wife did have to evict a funnel web one night whilst i was away on business Snakes, only dead ones on the side of the road that lost out to something a whole lot heavier with rubber footwear and travelling at about 80 kph Sharks, only one whilst diving off of Sydney, a wobbegong and they are harmless.. Nothing to worry about Some Northern Beach properties http://www.domain.com.au/Public/SearchResu...mp;ssubs=0 Another Pommie Bar Steward down under MY20 Defender 110 SE P400 Eiger/Ebony MY10 3.0 RRS TDv6 Fuji/Ebony/Anigre Last edited by Zilch on Wed Aug 26 2009 9:31am.
