brake pads amd rotors

i own a 2008 rrs, my mileage is 23000 kilometer , and i been told by my dealer that i need to change both my brake pads plus my rotors,

can rotors be gone with a 2008 car with a low mileage of 23000,

And are rotors under warranty??

No, rotors aren't under warranty. Yes, LR won't turn them. Can you find a brake shop that will???

They could have to be replaced, depends on your driving and conditions.
