United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey
I have a sort of pocket between my legs - is that normal?

I was hoovering out the MY09 TDV6 HSE today and noticed that the driver's seat is different from the front passenger's seat. The driver's seat has got a kind of "pocket" built into the lining at the front of the seat.

Looks like it could be used for sunglasses or something like that.

Has anyone else noticed that? .... and does anyone actually use it for anything? I've been mad for flipping years, absolutely years, over the edge for yonks.

Early Freelander 2's had them as well - useful for mobile phone, parking machine cards, house keys etc... Think they appeared on RRS in 2008?

I love the DB9, but I must admit, I miss the RRS too. (So much so, I've started looking around for one already).
I miss the commanding driving position and the space. (Christines' handbag holds more than the DB9 boot and the interior storage is very minimalist to say the least). The Ason Martin handbook is small, but fills the glove compartment - I can't even get a pair of gloves in there! Only very small children & "Douglas Bader like" adults will fit in the back seats. Shocked
But when you start up that engine, it makes it all worthwhile! It's glorious. Bow down Bow down Bow down
and the acceleration is phenomenal - saving for a DBS now so I can be an XXXAngelXXX hehe Very Happy Range Rover Evoque 5 door on order.
