Looks like everyone has issues getting here and won't be able to get together to celebrate lizzies b'day with our brit-mobiles.

I will be going out on a couple of days regardless so if anyone changes their mind and decides to head this way, just drop me a line.

Cheers

it would be an easier life herding cats than getting the ANZ forum members to agree to a meeting date/place Wink Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

TT sorry to hear that, and make sure you get a new position soon and a Novated RRS. In regards to Jenolan not sure, i have gone in by the zig zag railway and done the back routes towards Lithgow, Black Fellow's hand trail and all that, it was interesting, some rock crawling to near the "nearly lost city" not the lost city, etc.
However i was being led by people that knew the route and i did not, so in terms of waymarkers etc i would be useless..

take care, and keep posting on here, if we ever arrange a weekend with the broader team, you are most welcome to hitch a lift with moi

well i ended up going to glow worm tunnels....it was gravel roads all the way...
though enough damps spots to cause 2wd problems...

you really need a proper lantern to go in the caves, a head lamp aint enough... Toyota Corolla...Sad((((

Hope you get what you need for your RRS. Its been good having you around on here, especially as we bought our RRS at the same time. As Zilch says, stick around, you may get anoher one soon.

I am in the USA at the moment and have seen a few RRS around NYC and Connecticut, quite a few Disco (LR) 3s and FFRRs as well. Leaving here for Blighty today, I haven't been there in 5 years so it will be interesting to see the changes.

Meanwhile, my RRS is tucked up in the garage at home.....I am pining to get back already, missing the beach. At least I will get to see my folks which I haven't done in a while and I will probably get to drive the old man's FFRR 3.0 TD which will be a change.

Take care buddy
