unlimited european use = no problem
protected NCB = yes allowed 2 claims in 5 years
roofrack contents covered = yes
Trailers covered = yes but not the contents
not garaged = no problem
chips to windscreens repaired but £75 excess for replacement screen without loss on ncb
No guarantee the car would be repaired by a Land Rover approved repairer using Lr genuine parts
Audio/ acessories equipment cover resticted (didn't ask how much to) - LR is unrestricted

BUT,

"We would have to refer you to our underwriters for offroad use and trailer contents would be only after advising us what it was being carried"

At this point I interrupted the telesales guy (in a UK call centre) and told him that I doubted that their broker would be able to do the cover for the same as or less than the Land Rover cover! It appears not many over 50's want off-road cover for their Land Rovers!
The free Parker pen will be posted this afternoon - that's one 6 year old nephew's birthday pressie solved!

Interesting that my registration on the TDv8 didn't bring up the car's data from the insurance industry database but my Defender's did! Maybe I should have given him the original reg number to try 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I don't need a free Parker Pen, might as well not waste it and give it to somebody who does Mr. Green mind you he might be a bit p :censored:ed off if it has "free from Saga motor insurance services" stamped on it, in which case I'll have to find something else to give him!

Angel, I'm supposed to be painting inside the house today, well that was my plan, but I got distracted and will do anything other than interior decorate............................. it's only 19 years since the last coat of white emulsion was put on the bathroom walls so another few days won't make any difference Rolling with laughter anyway the sun has come out now so I might have to go outside in the garden or wash the car. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Mine doesn't play on the PC,

Prefers to play with his Thomas the Tank engine trains, along with his farm and jungle animals, Post Man Pat people, dinosaurs, polystyrene plane all on the window sill in the lounge, all at once.

He does have a type of lego, which is larger and less of a choking hazard for a 3yr old, but he only makes something he calls a robot and then it joins the rest on the window sill. Rolling Eyes

I think yours will love the SAGA pen in its nice presentation box Whistle
