Quick question, what is the difference in spec between HSE & SE. Is there anywhere on the logbook or service book that will indicate what spec the car is .......many thanks.

Is this one you have or are looking to buy - if unaltered the back door will tell you the answer - the Log book may (would need to check actually). There are many differences- if you elaborate reasoning answer may be easier LR website may also answer your question, until you have specifics. Wheels as standard could be different, internal finishes and specs - which year also will determine differences...

An SE could have HSE features as options - providing the VRN to a dealer could aslo clarify build spec.

Also how old is the car? There was a considerable hike in the SE spec and price 2 years ago when all the other varients had a price freeze and no spec change. Pre 2007MY SE didn't get satnav and had 18" wheels with higher profile tyres than HSE. HSE had the PTi and fridge as standard. Also SE seats don't get full leather - they have only got leather "facings" the rest is a very good leather look alike. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
