Interior lighting Question?

I wonder if the 'scroll-buttons' under the air vents are suppose to illuminate when i turn on the lights or not?[/img] RRS TDV8 HSE Java Black

Nope, 'fraid not.

That sort of thing is the preserve of the FFRR.

Would be nice though, to have a bit more interior lighting.

In fact having rear courtesy lights would be a good start. Could never figure out why LR decided not to fit rear courtesy lights to the RRS, when just about every two cent car has them these days. Rolling Eyes

In my case, it's one less thing for my kids to break!

Would anyone know if the interior lights turn off should any of the doors or boot be left open? If so, how long after the door or boot was opened?

When I was stuck in the mud with the door open and waiting for the tow truck the interior lights went off after a while.

I didn't measure the time, sorry, but I think it was a looong period of time until they went out. Acutally I was afraid they went off because of a flat battery because it took so long until they went off. It might be tied into the amount of times it takes for the car to realise it better stop using various electrical items to save the battery, like it does with the radio if you sit in the car with it on and the engine not running.
