If LR get close to those figures then maybe the RRS will finally be the car it should have been in the first place (plus a better interior) and maybe the D3 will get at least the ordinary 3.0 performance! Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate

Those figures are

A 3.0 6-cyl diesel getting a 2.7t car to 60 in just over 6 secs is pretty solid... and the 5.0l V8 is Cayenne territory in terms of traffic light fights. Nice work And petrol 85p now

That explains the fuel consumption which looked a bit too optimistic to me.

I won't get my TDV6 to the mpg they state for the SC there...

RRS TDV6 HSE, 2006, bonatti grey, ebony interior, rear diff, s/c grille and vents, stormers, privacy, tasmods, iphone integration

figures may need to be adjusted

The quoted 0-100km figures for the four engine variations may need to be adjusted on account of the RRS's weight. The quoted figures are for those engines in the Jag XF which is significantly lighter. I would say add 1-1.5 secs to those times.[/u]

when you think about it 2.6s is a bit more accurate. That still puts the v6 on par or better than the v8. I wonder from a marketing point of view how that will work?
