I'm having them upgrade the firmware for the Logic 7 system as I think it's too muffled and bassy, there is a fix for this and monay other audio issues. Also having the software on the heating system updated as I don't feel mine distributes air evenly or gets hot enough. Our recent spell of very cold weather in the UK has kindly pointed this out for me. L319 D4 HSE

Hi everybody! First of all I want to say Hello to all the RRS fans out there, as I am new to this forum.

I don't own a RRS right now, but I am thinking about buying one... well, depending on some criteria...

The car I own right now and the one before are/were a disaster regarding reliability. Now I am a little bit angry about the fact that new, modern and expensive cars have so many defects.

What do u think? Should I give the RRS a try our would it just be another letdown? I simply want to have a car that just works without (minor or major) troubles.

BTW: I am interested in the Diesel HSE RRS (heard something about V8 Diesel is on the way - any news out there?

Max get the RRS. This would be a dull forum if we all had a perfect car. You will never get the perfect car but forums like this highlight the problems that probably occur in a few cars. The RRS is really the best car ever built, yes it has issues but these really are minor, but we talk about them alot! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Totaly agree with VA Max,

I have had a number of issues with my D3 but I am still staying with the brand - simply trading up to the RRS.

My car was reasonable early production, the newer cars still have issues however overall as VA says they are in reality relatively low level - we are all just anal and talk about them endlessley!!! Laughing Currently: Carbon Black 535d

There are so many places we could go with the subject of being Anal but I imagine it would be the quickest deleted thread on the board Rolling with laughter Currently: Carbon Black 535d
