I have registered myself on the site but when I select a link to a document nothing happens. Looks to me as if a Javascript should be doing something.

What happens when you guys select a link....does another window pop-up or something?

I have tried helpdeskUK@landrovertechinfo.com but the email just got returned as non-deliverable!

Remember to check if you have anti-popup software activated.

I would agree with grommet - I had similar problems & it was the security setups in IE6 including a pop-up preventer - you have to go through the various settings & see which lets the site appear

Got this advice from GTR helpdesk. Which I did but still didn't work.
So I switched off Norton Internet Security and then it worked....

So try all 4 of these steps and it should then happen!

Can you please check the following:

1) Java - Double check that the latest version of java is installed on your machine by clicking on the following address.

2) Popup Blockers - Do you have a pop up blocker running? This may prevent files from opening. Please note Windows XP SP2 comes complete with its own popup blocker so please complete the following.

- Open I.E.

- Tools

- Popup Blocker

- Allow for this site or turn off

3) Please check you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your pc


If you are still having problems after checking these, please could you give us an example file that you are having problems opening, which operating system your pc is and your GTR username?
