Anyone add a OEM TV to their non-tv headrest?

I recently purchased a RRS for my wife and it was not equipped with the factory TV's in the back(I believe this was only available with the S/C, not to sure- it's an '06). I was wondering how hard it is to add an OEM tv and dvd player if I were to purchased just the headrest only from LR? Anyone done this before? Only looking for 1 of them for the passenger side where my son sits. Would this intergrate with the radio or will it only work with headphones? I would like to have something that can do both if possible. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Oh, and this is a North American spec vehicle with NAV(not sure if that make a difference).

Did a search first and couldn't find anything at first, did another search with some more key words and found this topic has been posted a few times already. Got most of the info I need. Thanks!

What was the answer can you buy the headrest with screen from LR?

Most the threads I searched suggested to go the aftermarket route instead of the OEM factory way. I'm sure you can buy the headrest from LR at a very costly price, but all the guys who have added tv screens have suggested the aftermarket way is the best way to go. They also suggested to make sure that the screen is a tilting screen for best viewing positions for the passengers.
