Welcome Pack

Is the Welcome Pack worth the effort?

I've sent off for it but its not arrived and on phoning the number Im told to ring another number that advertises insurance needless to say Im not paying to listen to adverts so I put the phone down.

I have one - didn't know it was coming - if it is the same thing it is a luggage tag and few brochures - nothing like fleece or shirt or anything....

Confused

Nope - weak really, better impression not to have bothered as i didn't know it existed... a quality pen or leatherman would work better than a tag and a brochure if they wanted to say 'welcome'

Confused

I can do a pic sometime if you want to see ?
