19s for a S/C

I know that 'ordinary' Sports can be upgraded to have the 20' alloys but is the reverse possible?

Is it possible to remove the standard 20" alloys and fit 19" MT/Rs for off-road use? I remember somebody saying that it might not be possible with the Brembo brakes in place (or something?) Confused "CY from DISCO3"

No problem - the RRS 19" fits over the Brembos.

Yup standard 19s are fine but not anything smaller. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

United States 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Chawton White

I think there was a very short run of 8x19 wheels (they probably ended up on test mules, MY05s or very early MY06s) that would not clear the Brembos. Watch out for those if you are buying used rims, as the design of the spokes is identical to the more common 9x19s that were fitted on most MY06s. Otherwise the 9x19" alloys will fit your Brembo brakes just fine.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Yep, I have run my TDv8, which also has Brembos as standard fit, on 19's shod with Pirelli Snow and Ice tyres without any problems. I use the LR 19" 7 V spoke wheels that came as standard on TDv6 HSE's without the DP.
I think Smarticus has also run the same combo of wheels and tyres on his Tdv8 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
