Australia 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Chawton White

I'm emailing someone who knows a lot more about good locations for this sort of thing than me.

Is this a RRSport.co.uk or Range Rover Sport only activity?

I think it should be open to any RRS drivers. 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey with Alpaca premium leather, Adaptive cruise, Adaptive Bi-xenons, sunroof, Premium Nav, Premium ICE Logic 7, telephone, active locking rear diff, console coolbox, seat memory, powerfold mirrors, tow pack, window tint, dual battery, engel fridge, Goodyear Mud-Terrain tyres.

Not a problem, just need to know how many we need to cater for, as that will impact where we go.

Some options to consider based on travelling distance.:

Eden...
Batemans Bay..
Cooma..

Question

These are all probably a good long drive from Melbourne so as I said earlier would probably need to make a weekend out of it!

i think we should give Albury/Wodonga a miss?! Whistle

Not bad places at all, not to far from Ivery nor working dog either.. not sure if we yet have a list apart from the earlier post, DMP etc. Can you let us know how many members from the Victoria RR club want to go... Thumbs Up

Hevn't metioned it at the club.. believe it or not I'm only aware of one other guy in the club who has a RRS..

I can ask if I can mention it if you want, but that would open it up to all makes.. they also like to have trips thoroughly planned etc etc... Let me know.

Just had an email from Ivery, wondered if we were interested in the Snowy Mountain Scheme, assuming the trips are still on Question

So hopefully thats Ivery confirmed..

Rower, do you want to expand it to other LR marques or other brands, not fussed either way, as long as we do not end up being out numbered by the Nissan/Toyota brigade Wink how embarrasing would that be

ps do you have a real name i can use

Cheers

Can't tell you my name on a public forum like this, it's all a bit secret!! Whistle Wink

Snowy Mountains sounds good. Do we have a view for a date yet?

I would suggest once we have a destination, itinerary and date locked then we can fill any capacity left in places we may be staying, firstly on the forum here, then wider after that.

You have a PM.

If I'm free on the date suggested then I'll be there (probably with the wife) 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey with Alpaca premium leather, Adaptive cruise, Adaptive Bi-xenons, sunroof, Premium Nav, Premium ICE Logic 7, telephone, active locking rear diff, console coolbox, seat memory, powerfold mirrors, tow pack, window tint, dual battery, engel fridge, Goodyear Mud-Terrain tyres.

Steve no probs, In queensland between xmas and new year i will look out for you if you are up there the same time.. Off to Mackay on the 26th Dec, back the 4th Jan..

Anyway you cannot live that far away, so always happy to arrange a one day local meet, Stockton, Lithgow state forest etc

If you can make it let us know if you change your mind, we will try to work on the accommodation side to get everyone in..
