Being a good SPORT

Being in the Pub the night before, overheard the mate of this driver, going on about all the gimmicks on the RRS, like the turning lamps and didn;t like all that.

All I can say is sometimes more is more, it ain't what you got its how you drive it Laughing

Ummmmmmmmmmm, just goes to show how useless the standard General Grabbers are that the factory fits to Defenders these days. I run my 1996 90 Tdi300 on BFG MTRs which run quieter on road than their AT's and I haven't noticed any fuel consumprion increase either, but I sure don't get stuck as often as I use too either!
I know several folks with TD5 Defenders like that one who say the biggest cause of getting stuck is the Traction Control which confuses the ECU/anti stall and then cuts all power when you most want it! A 90 should never have got stuck in that little hole 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

The guy with the shovel was the one who didn't know when to stop digging Laughing

He had a go at digging it out, whilst i reversed back up to them, he was so desperate not to be rescued by a car driven by electric gizzmos rather than a driver.
