Went all the way to Doncaster to buy these. Advertised as ORIGINAL stormers with AT LEAST 5mm tread.

Got there and they are clearly stamped "NOT ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT" and the tread is 3mm tops...

Bloke seemed put out that I didnt take them.

The seller is based on East coast near scunthorpe I believe. He is adamant (despite the marking) that these are original(!!!!!!!!) so please beware if you enquire about the same items - they DEFINITELY are not O.E.

I had a similar one recently with a set of overfinch tiger 22's.

I drove a long way to find they were replicas with chunks out of the tyres and big dents in the rims rendering them scrap.

The "vendor" was most insistent "you MUST buy them" ..

When I produced a ruler to measure the tread you ought to have seen his face drop. "Well, the others are better" was all he could offer as I measured 3mm (TOPS) and his ad said "at LEAST 5mm left)....

Hes got other RRS kit for sale too - remember, he's on the east coast, scunthorpe way - give this clown a wide berth if you want to avoid muchos brain damage.

I had a similar thing with some side steps. When I got there he said he was selling them for his dad. One of the steps was dented, and no brackets or bolts. I walked away.
